Prayer Request


Lord help me to see the lesson of why I keep going to the same thing at work with one employee. She has good points but the some of the important duties I needs for to perform she just doesn't seem to understand the importance. It's so frustrating. For years I have fought for her job and now in the last few I have been willing to let her go but every time I get the opportunity something happens that makes the other issue priority. Another employee passed, I was tool short to let her go because another employee had to go out on medical leave, or I ended up needing to go out for surgery. There has been a host of things that seem to get in the way when I say I am just going to let her go. She also is not the most respectful person behind my back. I keep thinking that there must be a lesson that I am not learning because you keep me in this spot. I even tried to find another job myself because I am so overwhelmed with the amount if work placed on me by my superiors. I manage to get it done and you have kept me employed. Others don't know what I feel inside they just think I can do everything. What is the lesson Lord?In Jesus name.
