Dear God, please get my sister Jillian to sleep soon! Please do not let her mind get distracted tonight in Jesus name! I pray that she won't stay up watching tv or playing Nintendo DS in Jesus name! I pray that she gets very bored of her DS at bedtime tonight in Jesus name! I pray that she won't pay attention to her tv also in Jesus name! She hasn't been sleeping too well lately. What's happening? I pray that she's not getting sick in Jesus name! Please heal her from the top of her head to the soles of her feet right now in Jesus name! I bind every distraction in her mind at bedtime in Jesus name! Please start getting her very tired, relaxed, comfortable and cozy in Jesus name! She stayed up real late last night and she will fall asleep like 10 times earlier tonight in Jesus name! She's got finals this week and she will pass in Jesus name! Please start winding my body down too in Jesus name! I will sleep real good tonight in Jesus name! Amen!
