God please help me lose weight as I do not want to have a heart attack or die. Please help me be able to get up in the morning and give me energy so I will be able to get up in the morning and exercise so I can lose the weight I need your guidance God in order to help me lose this weight I can't do it on my own God I need your help please help me God in the name of Jesus amen
