Tell your mother, if that doesn't work, go to your teacher or the police. Do it after he hits you and leaves a mark, or set up your smart phone to record and hide it. You need proof. You also need to find a safe place to stay until this gets cleared up. Your mother also needs to step up and protect you which is her one job.
