Prayer Request

God please help me to understand what this all means. Why did all those tests say she was pregnant only to have it taken away? I am utterly crushed Lord. Please I need you to help me come to grips with this and see what it was you want me to learn from it. I love you with all my being and have put all my trust in you but this is a blow to my soul that I don't think will be gone ever. Please help me
