Prayer Request


Dear Lord, today is the start of lent and I gave up wearing makeup so that I could embrace the beauty that you have blessed me with. Father, I hope that through this experience I can realize gradually that I am beautiful no matter what and I hope that I don't get depressed because I always tend to be down the gutter during Lenten season.

In Jesus's name, I pray Amen.

There is a freedom in not wearing makeup!! I started doing it a few years ago and now I hate it when I actually have to wear it. And my fiancé says he actually prefers me without it. We are all beautiful in God's eyes. And here's a hint. Concealer and powder are ok, with just a hint of mascara. Perhaps you can just give up the eyeshadows and liners and blush. Anyway, good for you!!
