I ask u have mercy on me oh Lord as I feel no hope and just want to give up...i feel alone although i have my two month old beautiful daughter which i love with all my soul i still feel alone stressed and confused please give me strength to Prevail and take me out of this pit!

DEAR RACH, GET MOVING AND EXERCISE. I DON'T KNOW IF YOUR NORTH OR SOUTH BUT GET YOUR BLESSED BUT MOVING . TELL YOUR DOCTOR YOU FEEL DEPRESSED. POST PARTUM DEPRESSION IS REAL. BROOKE SHEILDS HAD IT AND PUBLISHED A BOOK ON IT. GO GET THE BOOK AND READ IT. LET'S SEE UMM , GIVE YOURSELF A GREAT BIG HUG FROM ME, CAUSE LOOK WHAT MIRACLE YOUR BODY JUST PERFORMED! MAKE REST WHEN THE BABY REST. I WISH YOU LOVE MOMMY. ENJOY RELAX. INSTEAD OF TRYING TO FORCE THINGS TO HAPPEN JUST ENJOY BEING PRESENT IN EACH MOMENT BECAUSE IT WILL GO SO FAST.
