Dear father, I have a very difficult situation at work, I don't know how to resolve the existing conflicts between me and my other coworks. The problems keep coming to me again and again... It is beyond my control and understanding. Father, please help me to fix this situation, so that I could be able to focus on my job and my study better. Father, please give the wisdom to my upper managers and help them to find the best solution, at the same time, will you please help me to stay positive and professional?
