Prayer Request


So as you know God, we are on the brink of a deal on the 6-plex deal w/ the elusive 12% cap rate. It really could be the beginning of our real estate investing dreams coming true - a dream we've been working toward now for 6 years. So God, you know all we need (unless You know something we don't!) is someone to loan us the money for the down payment, so if You're willing, I'm asking for that someone to come to us. But ultimately, I trust that You know what's best for us.
