Prayer Request


Lord I am just praying that you will give me the strength and the courage to lose this weight once and for all. I'm tired Lord and I cannot carry this burden around any longer please help me God. Please I want to be healthy, I want to be free from the depression that comes along with being unhealthy and overweight. Lord help me to be consistent because I really struggle with consistency as well lord. Help me to love myself Lord because I don't know how to love myself. I know nothing is to small or too big for you Father and I just pray that you will loose these shackles of hurt, pain, shame and hatred along with the weight. Lord also bless everyone that is struggling tonight whether its with weight, drugs, fear, anger...whatever it is lord. Just help us Lord because our bodies are your temple and we need our temples to be strong and pure. Thank you Jesus Amen!
