Sweetie, I actually just dealt with this very situation Monday evening.. Stay strong, pray, read and study His Word.. Don't be discouraged or upset but rejoice because God knows best for you and for me. It was really hard when my dear friend Tony ended our courtship relationship.. Here I thought we were gonna be getting married, but then that evening my Dad told me that he contacted him and told him he wanted to end it do to unreadiness and barely knowing me.. It was good reasons, yes, it was so hard.. I so grew angry and so hurt... But God has brought so much peace to my heart by His Words of Comfort from His Holy Word.. It's become easy to accept now.. He is still a brother in Christ, and I'll talk to him again when the time is right but now is not.. So I've been faithfully praying for his heart to be comforted and healed and to grow faithfully in Gods Word and prepare him for his wife whoever she may be.. I'm glad he is a Christian though:) .. Don't worry.. But stay focused on God and His will.. Remember His timing is always the best then what we think.. Yes, it's still hard, but never forget that God is with you and will help you through this pain.. I'll be prayin for you:) .. Keep your head up sister:) God bless you!
