My leg has been numb at the top and im really sore in my leg and left buttocks, lol, but also my back. I just need prayer for healing!

I can move my toes. I think its cause i fell down my steps not long ago and it was pretty hard fall!!

please stand up, keep your leg straight and lift up your leg. is that really painful like pinch and electricity or a stabbing in the buttock ?
or just painful from the fall from the steps ?
