Dear god thank-you for all the blessings you have and continue to bestow upon my family and I. I thank you for keeping us safe.I thank you for making me top performer at work you know I'm very competitive and love to work.I just ask that you bless me with more patience I pray for the energy to start working out and the will power to jump back on the healthy bandwagon I can't keep using the excuse most women use for their weight problem which is blaming it on having kids.we control what we eat and being healthy benefits yourself.family and overall health.I lost weight before the unhealthy way and now realize exercising and eating healthy is the way to go. I pray for everyone in Haiti,the homeless and the hungry especially the children in these situations.I hope to one day work to help children that would be awesome amen
