Prayer Request


Oh my precious Lord, help me, forgive me! Though I held myself in check initially, the jealousy, bitterness, and unforgiveness that raged in me earlier surprised me. I thought I had dealt with it better and had given it to you and for the most part let it go. What's worse is, I lashed out later at those who were innocent in the matter.

I did apologize, but Lord I failed You, again. And in failing to forgive and rid myself of bitterness I have blocked my prayers and cannot receive Your forgiveness according to Your word. I have prayed about this many times before. Help me, please. I cannot do this on my own. I need Your strength. I need my heart filled with Your love and forgiveness so I will change. Please root the sin out of my heart. I don't want anything to stand as a block between You and me.

I'm so sorry Lord, forgive me, cleanse me, don't turn away from me. Hear my prayer and rescue me once again from my wretched flesh and worldly heart attitudes. Thank-you for Your mercy, grace, and understanding of our weaknesses. In Jesus name, amen.
