Lord,
I would like like to put my body and soul in your hands. I surrender to you completely , please allow me to accept all your guidance. I need you Lord I fear I may not be here much longer if this doesn't happen. I am 100% body, mind and soul yours please don't reject me. I beg to you Lord AMEN
