Since this is also what God wants, His will, He will help you. Pray for forgiveness, pray for God to help you, then everytime you are tempted speak success. (Thank you Lord for taking this desire away or I believe You are with me & will help me, or just say over & over thank-you Lord for helping me) God can not fail, believe this. If you have trouble believing this, ask God to help you believe. God is good, all of the time!

Take captive your thoughts and use the authority God has given you. Use Jesus' name. He is the name above all names. Also,make sure you are cautious on what you are putting in your brain;tv,movies,books.etc.

Another thing that helped me and my husband is when you feel the urge or the enemy coming against you, say out loud cause that's all he goes off of, praises to God of healing you and delivering you from it and claiming being a child of God and no weapon formed against you shall prosper. You are covered in the blood of Christ and he gave you authority over the devil. I would also suggest you annoint your wife and vise versa with oil and break and pray strongholds off. Then reconnsimate your marriage. God has given us the eyes to see and ears to hear ever since. God bless you and your marriage.
