Prayer Request


 Free indeed 

Not even a hint, I'm called to be pure.
Yet enticed by my flesh, I gave in to its lure.

I submitted to sin, I opened a door.
My enemy now has a foothold, but he wants a lot more.

I hate it I promise, I'll not do it again.
I try to tell God, I can defeat this sin.

Like a noose on my neck, it won't let me go.
It gets tighter and tighter, but I don't let it show.

I'm ashamed of this bondage, oh what can I do.
I try and I cry, but my answer is you.

I call out to God, and Jesus who saves.
Help me God please, I feel like a slave.

I can do nothing myself, have mercy on me.
I felt worthless and dirty, and the son set me free.

My Jesus my King, I'll follow your lead.
Because you set me free, I'm free indeed.
