Wow I can relate to so many prayers .. especially urs .. I have anxiety so bad I end up in the e.r. so much and have developed such bad ocd from it .. I find if I carry a bottle a water it helps and church helps so when I'm not at church I did this took pics of the things inside that soothe me .. I will pray cause it hurts so bad .. amen ..
