If the father has moved on then pray that he will communicate with his children. But before you make a bad choice pray and ask God what to do and wait 4 his answer. God bless u and your children.

My dearest sis, I'm sorry for what u have been going through. Ways of life can be a struggle, but yet it does not mean it is the way it will stay. We as children of God need to seek him every chance we can have with him, and know through it all, our lord is behind the scenes working. He has not left u, know all things work for good..ask him to reveal to u if u should leave that state? If not to open the windows of heaven's blessings to u and ur girls where u will have a great testimony for his glory. I'm so sorry I have had similar situation u may not know me but I'm here for u I was a single mom and had nothin but there abusive father I prayed for me to leave him n almost got killed from him , pulled threw had a great job a car and my own place I have fell back a bit but sweety one thing u r is a single mom and that's hard enough and god see this god bless u and ya children , in jesus name amen
