Prayer Request

God, touch the lives that need you for healing.
Allow your spirit to comfort them during their time of trouble. Sometimes we may not know how to reach out to you when we feel lonely or abandoned or let down in life and sometimes we have a hard time trying to understand why you allow devastating things to occur when we do know that you hold the power to do all things.
I understand that we must face trials and tribulations to deal with our fears and to help us grow emotionally strong. But Lord, there are people dying in the streets, elderly people dying alone, hearts and lives that are broken. We need your help to ease the suffering of many people. There are not enough of us helping to make a difference and the burden is too much to bear.
There is much pain, hunger, and broken spirits that need your saving grace.
Reach out to us and help us help each other.
We can love, if you lead the way. I will certainly follow you. Others will too. Touch our hearts to do better and to become the better, kinder, more loving souls that yoy have so graciously created.
