Lord, I lost a close friend today from a drug overdose. I ask that you give me the strength to remain strong and I put my faith in you hands that I can maintain my own sobriety while dealing with this loss in my life. I have faith that he is now in your arms and I can continue my journey with your guidance and strength you have given me. Amen

I lost a friend to an overdose as well.. what helped me is knowing he is now in a better place. No suffering & he's the happiest person know that he has reunited with his father. He missed him so much. Now he watches over all his loved ones. Keep focused and don't let the devil take over. Fight ur battle and overcome it. Don't cont. to hurt your loved ones and yourself. One day u will be reunited.. Make the best of ur life. I can be a beautiful thing, Done let it go to waste. Everyone has a purpose in life :D I'm goin to cont pray for u. Keep the faith!
