Prayer Request

Dear, heavenly father

I ask of your help to help me pray physically not like this. I want to be able to open up to you by speaking to you. Also want to thank you for clothing me, sheltering me, feeding me, watching over me. Also I know I'm struggling with the bad sometimes it's harder than I thought.
