This is painful. I think I have to leave but I'm not sure. Please help.me gain clarity. I'm anxious and hurt and idk how to handle it. Help.me to start this fast off right.

If you are fasting i'd advise you to read Dr Paul Braggs book "The miracle of Fasting", and drink a gallon of distilled water daily while fasting. MAY GOD BLESS YOU :-D
