Prayer Request


My lord,forgive me . I got angry at the person who behaved badly to me. I did to this person as she did to me. I couldn't keep me from busting into a rage!! I am so exhausted.please help me and help other people who was hurt by me.in jesus name amen.

I too struggle with controlling my anger. What I have learned is that underneath the anger there is great pain that hasn't been death with. Counseling, support groups like Celebrate Recovery, Al-Anon, have help me understand where the root of my pain. I read all scripture on anger & ask God to help me be obidient to these scriptures.
I've also have learn to recognize what makes me get to the boiling point, this helps me to prevent an explosion of my anger. For me it is when I feel frastrated, powerless, or feel cheated. I pray that God speaks to your heart to seek recovery. Blesssings!
