Remember the bible says god is close to those who are broken in heart. He will never leave u nor forsake u. He holds u in da palm of his right hand, u are safe. Isaiah 41v10.

My advice is to spend time in knowing who u are in christ. The new testament has many truths on who we are. U may have lost your way and identity but Gods word is truth and light to show u da way to freedom u already have in Jesus.

Meditate, learn, speak these truths daily. Renew you're mind in spite of how u feel. Your feelings will not be da winner but your faith in knowing Him will be da outcome for your freedom and u will receive His peace that passes all understanding.
