Prayer Request

Dear Lord,
Things are past desperate and I am at the end of my rope. I feel like such a failure as I can't provide for my family as I always have. If insurance companies paid out on suicides I would be long gone so my family would be provided for. I have never felt this useless, worthless and hopeless ever before. Please give me the strength to endure and the means to get out this situation it simply please take me to be with you. I see no other way...

Please don't desperate. Think that your family's only need is being all together, it does not matter if you are rich or poor, I went thru that situation with my husband, he was unemployed for 2 years feeling useless, not man enough and wanted to die. All I needed was his presence and my kids too. Is not about the money. Jesus knows what you are going thru and He will provide.

Your family will support you

My wife has nothing but contempt for me and constantly reminds me of my shortcomings even in our childrens presence. But in the end I am not keeping up with my end of the bargain. I work like everything depends on me and I pray like everything depends on him...all to no avail.

I hear you...
And I wanted to restart.
I guess that just like Job's friends in the Bible, i judged your situation too quickly.
Your job as a man is to try your hardest....to lead your family, both spiritually, emotionally, and physically. Mentally you may feel drained...and physically you may feel weak...
But ask God for the understanding if you are doing the job He wants you to do. You are doing better than many fathers, because you havent given up.

Your Christian family will support you...Because when you are with God, you are with us. We are praying that you dont give up
