Almighty & wonderful God..thank U 4 blessing my family & myself 2 c another precious day...my
most sincere thoughts & prayers goes out 2 everybody who prayed 4 my granddaughter who keeps seeing a monster @ nite...she had a gd sleep that nite...since I lost those 10 lbs...I'm afraid to get back 2 tha dr cuz I know I have gained most of it back...I'm so disappointed n myself...I don't wha to do now...I have been eating tha way I should...but it doesn't help....pls God give me tha strength to go on and loose this weight again and keep if off....I'm so scared I don't know wha to do...pls watch ova my family as we sleep tonite....allow us to.c another day and b safe n our journey as they travel away from home...we love U and Ur Son...Now I lay me down to sleep...I pray tha Lord my soul to keep....if I should die b 4 I wake....I pray tha Lord my soul to take......these I pray n tha Holy Name of Jesus....Amen
