Dear God, I am very lonely and depressed. I can't stop the crying. I think about dying. I yell at my kids. I don't love my husband. I can't hold on much longer. Help me please!

My heart goes out to you. Please, if you are depressed, see a doctor, even at a free clinic. Sometimes, depression is a chemical change in the body. I got depressed in menopause, and now with herbs and supplements, I feel better again. Or see a priest or counselor. You deserve to address depression with assistance.
