Lord God please help me with my addiction and to heal from my wife's affair. Help me to stop thinking about it. In Jesus name I pray.

It has to be hard dealing with an affair. The best thing to do is to forgive and move on. The negative feeling will consume you and that is not a healthy way to live. I pray God puts you at ease. What is your addiction?
