Prayer Request


Lord I want to be my BEST for the kingdom and for my family. At 100 lbs overweight, I am not my healthiest, my strongest, my happiest, my best. I am fasting to grow closer to you and to gain your power so I can do all that I need to do to become your ideal and my best. Please help me. Please make me successful this time once and for all. Please give me an appetite for healthy foods, teach me how to cook and eat, decrease my appetite for all foods, motivate me to exercise, teach and help me, Father to manage my time and to organize myself in every area of my life. Help me Lord. I surrender my will to you. Have your Holy way in me. I ask all in the name of Jesus. Amen
