I need help to stop smoking. I need strength to just be able to stop. I want to be healthy for me and my family. Amen.

Just a suggestion: Google smoking and see what people have to say about it. Also, look at smoking cessation and hypnosis. Hypnosis can be great for quitting smoking. I pray for you that you stop smoking and become healthy. Jesus will be your guide and companion. Amen.

Smoked for twenty-five years and quit. Did it cold turkey. It is the best way. It isn't easy, but I am so happy I did it!
