Lord I'm coming to you to ask that I have a total makeover. Lord I'm always in a nervous state too scared to live and too scared to die. I ask that you give me an abundance of confidence to live life as you intended to have confidence in my daily activities and to enjoy the beauty of this world. I want to see things clearly and not always feel like I'm in a fog. Lord bless my financial state where I can live comfortably and have leftovers to enjoy life and to help others in need. Lord guide my footsteps so that I'm making every move you want me to make. Give me enthusiasm for life and you.lord bless my family in the same exact way. I Ask this in jesus name.

Sounds like you are having some bad anxiety. Don't let it take over your life. You have missed out on enough already, hiding from your fear. You can tell these sensations to stop, that you want this fear out of your body. Pray for peace and patience. Every day and night thank god for something good in your life and keep asking him to touch you. I guarantee if you do this, you will start thinking the breeze is a little sweeter, the sky is a little brighter, and you will thing wow there is so much beauty in the world.
