Nissi, my name is Danielle. I don't know what you are getting angry about or if you have an anger problem but i do. I Just got through reading Charles F. Stanley's book "Surviving in an Angry World finding your way to Personal Peace" . It was a great book & it helped me out. Infact i need to read it again. Anyway the best way to get the way your feeling to be gone is too trust & have faith in God & turn your problems over too God.
