Prayer Request


Dear Lord sometimes I feel so alone especially when my anxiety is up so high as it is right now. Please Lord help me during my Dr appt to be calm so I can concentrate on what he says. Lord please help my family realize that I'm there for them during times like this... just wished they'd be there for me and I didn't have to go at it alone. Lord please calm my thoughts and give me peace today. Amen

I also have very bad anxiety so I know how you feel, really I do. I know how scary it is, especially if you have panic attacks also. I forget what I want to say to the doctor because I get so nervous, so what I do is I write down what I want the doctor to know. Make notes to take with you so you wont forget. When you get anxious lay down and close your eyes and tell yourself you will be ok. Think of a beautiful place that you have been or would like to go to. If you are using a,smartphone download the stop panic and anxiety app. It helps. You will be ok :-)
