Jesus, free me once and for all--PLEASE. I've struggled with this substance over 20 years. I am near death because of it.

Deliver me, Lord. Heal me, Lord. Holy Spirit, enter me and fill me. I'm ready, Father. I ask it in the name of my Savior, Jesus Christ. AMEN
