I am having a really rough time tonight feeling very out or and heart broken I don't want to sleep and I eat because I have to other than to reach out and maybe find a hand that might be able to help lift my head above the pain

Just put everything in Gods hands and tell him to take away anything that is bothering you... and remember you are not alone at this moment in your life is when jesus is with you the most..
