Prayer Request

Lord, please help me to sleep better and at the correct schedule. Please silence the millions of negative thoughts that fly around my head. Protect me from painful memories and hurtful words spoken against me. Guide me in your direction toward what will lead to my maximum happiness. Be with me. For I fear I have lost all hope. My heart is broken by all and my pain is too fierce. Protect me, guide me, love me.
