Lord please ease this irritation im feeling before I explode on an innocent bystander! Lord I don't know why my temper is flaring and so many small things are pushing my patience over the edge. Calm my nerves lord. Amen!

It may sound crazy, but this is likely a spiritual attack. Call out spirits of anger, hatred and murder with the tongue in the name of Yeshua (or Jesus) of Nazareth. You have the authority. Keep calling them out in His name. Forget about what you may have heard about demons and spirits. Just do it.
