dear god please help the people in japan lord have mercy on them lord i ask that you protect me,my friends family as well as my enemies lord guide me order my steps lord give me strength relief me from stress depression give me the energy to do the things i enjoy give me a leveled mind god im so unhappy im so unbalanced god please help me

I'm going thru the same thing....Depression and anxiety!
I found it hard to be positive when we feel like this but when we cast our cares on God we no longer carry that burden. I feel sick but I know this won't last forever! By his stripes we r healed! If we get up....he will strengthen us and bring joy! We must not be defeated but keep pressing forward! God Bless!
