Dear Holy Spirit,
I made a mistake today and I hope I can clear myself from it. I had a panic attack and blurted out some information that wasn't known. I pray that this incident don't explode. Amen

The tendency would be to think about it at all times. I would let it go. If you do get called on the carpet for it, tell that person how the moment you said it, you realized it was a mistake. We all make mistakes. We all have sinned. You gain nothing by worrying about it. That is why Jesus said to be anxious for nothing. Bless you.
