Prayer Request


Lord, please deliver pastor Mike from this wicked adulterous affair. Comfort his hurting wife and teenage children. Provide for his abandoned family and his bewildered congregation. Convict him of this devastating sin before his heart is hardened any more. Rescue him from every entanglement and please restore his broken marriage. You alone have the power to deliver. Provide a wise and godly new pastor for the grieving flock. Thank You Lord Jesus! You are able. Be glorified in the outcome!
Raise an army to pray. I have put my hope in you, Almighty God!

True. But our trust is in Jesus. He alone is unfailing. Mike has done a wicked thing, but so did king David, and God restored. Please pray for this child of God and for his devastated family and confused congregation.

I know. Sorry for sounding bitter...we last summer had our pastor divorce and he was into porn and the church split. It's been a hard road since then.finding a new home church. Forgive me for being rude because you are right...

Ah, I understand the difficulty. It's such a heartbreak when stuff like this happens. Men in Christian leadership seem to be a favorite target for Satan's ambush attacks. This doesn't excuse the men from responsibility, it just helps to remember there's a battle going on (Ephesians 6:12). I'm sorry about your church split. I've been through 3 of those. It's painful.
