Adrian Anger is dangerous & Anger Kills. But with God's help you can get past the Anger & have a better life. I also have an Anger problem & I'm trying to over come it myself. You just need to trust & ask God to release you of this Anger & he will. Right now i'm reading a book by Charles F. Stanley called Surviving in an Angry World finding Your Way to Personal Peace. And it can help you. He also has a cd & DVD called letting go of Anger. There are resources that can help you but the one that can help ud the Most is God if we choose to let him help us. My Motto is " LIFE IS WHAT WE CHOOSE TO MAKE IT!. We can choose to be angry & we can choose to be happy.
