Prayer Request

Let not your hearts be troubled. Believe in God; believe also in Me.
John 14:1 (ESV)
Casting all your anxieties on Him, because He cares for you.
1 Peter5:7 (ESV)
There is a remedy the bible says against worry, and that is to believe.
Worry will only make us sick.
One of the primary reasons God allows us to face adversity is so that He can demonstrate His faithfulness and in turn increase our faith.
God wants more from us than a simple intellectual acknowledgement of His faithfulness.
In our trials He will reveal Himself to us, if we do not doubt, and let Him.
For example, we may have a problem, and because we do not see anything happening we start to think that He is being slow or does not care what is taking place.
How do you respond to adversity? Do you draw near to God in faith? Or blame God because you feel He doesn't care about you and your situation?
I encourage you to open your eyes to God's faithfulness, and open your heart to His lessons!
Ask the Lord to show you what He wants to teach you through your suffering. As you wait in prayer.
Those people who know the peace of God, are always men and women of much prayer.
God leads us to places where we see no way out, so that we become completely dependent on Him, and He can be glorified!
We are always learning in the school of God. What are you learning. It is through our trials that He teaches us to have faith in Him.
God's training camp is necessary even though we might not enjoy it.
In God's school we are always learning.
God has a purpose in everything that He does.
Some people are comfortable in misery. They can at least see what is facing them!
Just because we don't see the physical evidence of His working, doesn't mean He is inactive.
One of the greatest lessons in maturity is patience.
Time is not a concern to God. He is aware of having the right timing in place. He is in control of every second.
He has the power to move things your way, with the sweep of His all powerful hand. Is anything too difficult for the LORD? Gen. 18:14.
God sees what we cannot see!
The Christian who is led by the Spirit of God, will be led to places that will glorify God!
God will never leave His saints until He has done His work in us (sanctification).
God will turn desperation to dependence in Him.
If we run into a detour or dead end, it is part of His plan. Trust His will for your life. His ways are not our ways.
We must lose confidence in our own flesh and trust in Him for our well being. Focus on God's will and His purposes for your life.
Behold, I am with you and will keep you wherever you go, and will bring you back to this land. For I am with you and will not leave you until I have done what I have promised you. Gen. 28:15 (ESV).
Remember the thief on the cross? He believed and Jesus said TODAY you will be with me in PARADISE!
He didn't have the chance to walk with Him as we do. But he believed as we do in Him. And will one day be in heaven. Because we are only passing through this life. And are heaven bound!
