Dear heavenly father,
Please help control my mind, its weighing me down, its causing me not to sleep, I'm starting to feel like I'm being forced to become the woman I was not ready to be, but lord I know that you watch over me and you would never lead me down the wrong path, so I will continue to out all my Trust in you, thanks once again for lending your hand.......Amen

God is always w us. He will never fail. Open ur mind 2 him and he will show u the light. When I can't sleep I just keep say his name over & over & over again... Jesus Jesus Jesus... &/or sing the simplest songs 2 myself...like jesus loves me or amazing grace... if I don't want my husband 2 here I sing n my head. I soon fall n 2 a peacful sleep. It works! Try it. Ur n my prayers. God Bless :)
