God please help me lower my blood pressure it has been seriously high iam only 26yrs old iam too young to have to worry...iam dieting and exercising and eating healthy please let me see good results I really don't want to have to take medicine:( thank you for listening Father.....can u please do me a favor and tell Josh I love and miss him very much....iam glad he is with you!

You learn now to speak to that blood pressure and any and all underline cause of that blood pressure problem. Call it out and tell it what the Word says. Jesus said "it is written" and spoke. The devil comes to lie, steal and destroy. Get the healing scriptures in your head and lay hands on yourself and speak to it. Have the elders lay hands on ya if your faith is lacking and while that is taking place you memorize some Words of God telling you that you don't have htn.
