Dose aney one know if its ungodly if you get in a car accdent and call a lawer. I'm sorry but I know some who daughter got in a car wreak and only has medical and has server body damage and face ingerys and Welfare dose not see you no more due to over pay.I don't Thanks its wrong to want the best Dr for your child And Care.but some Christians thank its wrong to sue but I Disagree if its for the Dr the child needs help and in Jesus name I pray that her parents will call the insurance company and find. A lawer for this child so she can have good Dr Amen

Believer, if there were critical injuries due to the car accident and your friend & her children were not able to receive the appropriate care & they are not trying to commit fraud. Then they should seek legal assistance. The Bible does not say you cannot seek legal assistance.It's only wrong if you intend to be fraudulent in the action AKA your reason for suing is a lie and you only want money because you saw a quick opportunity. Your friend can also go to his/her car insurance company and seek support based in his/her policy guidelines.
