I jave just recently gone through this exact thing and I'm only 3 years older than you but let me just say that we have an incredible Savior who mends the broken pieces of our heart. You have to know that in everything he is For You whether you believe it or not. Listen to the song You are for me by Kari Jobe and When she cries by britt nicole I think they could help. Also I know this sounds cheesy but try reading psalms it is so encouraging. I read it every night and chose a verse and when I feel like hurting myself I go back to thay verse nd it helps. The Lord puts these obstacles in our path so that we will learn to trust in him rather than relying on ourself and we end up growing stronger from that. Just keep your head up and stay strong and you Will overcome this!
