Dear father in Heaven. I thank you for a new day I thank you for all your many blessings. I need your help I'm trying so hard to get past the past and allow my mind to move foward sometimes I just find it so hard. Please help me Lord hear my prayer! Amen!

Dear child write a letter with every thing that is bothering you from your past read it out loud then burn it! And start living in the now because when we dwell in the past we miss our future! Forgive yourself then just let it go'. When you start to think about your past pray the Lords prayer! The devil doesn't like it when we pray so he won't remind you anymore ! God bless this child give her peace and release her from the past in Jesus's holy name I claim her released! Amen!!
