Prayer Request


Lord, I thank you for waking me this morning. I thank you for the cold that reaches to my bones. You have set the seasons, and by your hand the cold that freezes also makes possible new life in the spring.
Father, you are perfect beyond our ability to know. Please, grant me wisdom and understanding. Show me how I may be used to bring your hope, peace and love to more people. Jesus, thank-you for the life you lived and gave for me. I thank you for being patient with me. I thank you for keeping watch over me, even before I called you Lord.
Abba Father, I lift to you my sons and ask that you fill their hearts with love. I pray that you put around them a guard of your Spirit. I ask that your Spirit work through them, to make them into men that will always turn to you.
Most Holy God, I raise to you my wife. I plead, Lord, for your healing touch upon her body, mind and spirit. Father, she seems to always be struggling to find peace and joy. Please, use the healing touch of your Spirit to fill her with that peace and joy. Show her that you are the source of all that she needs. Renew within her heart the desire to be closer to You, than to any other. Lord, I ask that your Spirit's work in her be so jarring and apparent that she not be able to explain it.
Lord, my prayer for me is that I continue to grow in You. I look forward to the day when I will be allowed to kneel before your throne. I know that you created me for a purpose, and I hope that I am coming closer each day to fulfilling.
Thank-you for listening, Lord. It is in the name above all names, Jesus Christ, that I offer this prayer. Amen.
