Prayer Request

Lord, my body is Your temple and I know it is no longer I who live, but Christ lives in me. So Father, teach me how to protect my body everyday, including what I should eat and drink. I pray that You will give me wisdom to reject all eating disorders and bad habits that will bring harm to my body. Let me be motivated to exercise regularly and do not let laziness set in me. I shall know the truth, and the truth shall set me free. In Jesus' name, Amen.
